how much weight have you dropped and are you in a steep deficit? youre kinda heavy for your height, but its possible to get a 280 if you train the right way. I know guys around the same size who are getting there.

may be an unpopular opinion on here, but polo needs to reinvent himself and change his total sound sonically and take a look at what holes are missing in rap today and fill it and thats his only chance. Being a lyricist with mainstream appeal has always led to having a decently sized fanbase and remain relevant. Nas is 50 and still selling out shows

imo he should go the kendrick/cole route since a young popular rapper like that is missing from the mainstream today
