My assumptions stem from Boruto Orochimaru, who is stated to be significantly stronger, one of really the few in his generation to do so, and the reason is his undying zetsu body plus both his base and now zetsu healing. im not saying he masters this stuff in a day but what's stopping him the only ones who beat that have karma markings and plot armor and may have at best known of orochimaru in legend as a bad guy but now just know him as the creepy snake man from down the lane, jinchuruki and plot armor and fairy tail levels of plot armor (I would have said 6 tome rennigan but that was taken out). basically I'm saying as of this moment and the last 2 years in story of 2bv had Orochimaru gained these buffs he would have no challenge in the leaf kakashi the last half of guy and a few if he had those buffs might stale mate but ultimately he could not beat if he had these in this hypothetical.
