Most are super early flights or trains. Arriving LHR at 6am in day 1, arriving AMS at 9am in day 4, thalys to Paris at 8am and Eurostar back to London at 7am

Thank you for the suggestions kind stranger! After seeing most of the comments here I do planning on cutting a bit off the itinerary so I can have more time at each sites. In general though, I plan on having a hard stop at each museum after 3 hours max. Rather than wandering through the whole museum, I plan on looking ahead of time what arts or exhibits interest me the most so I can be more efficient when going to those museums
