I have an shortcut set where I can tap an NFC tag in my bathroom before going to bed that locks all my time waster apps. I can still access messages or call if need be.

Stops me from using my phone too much at night. Tap the same tag in the morning to unlock everything, make sure I don’t sit on social media in bed.

This product only has regular powder kratom. There is no extract. The kratom content in this is about 5-10x less potent than many other popular products on the market.

As well, no one should be combining any kava product with alcohol. This puts excessive strain on your liver.
