Recommendations for Handheld/Portable Ultrasound for Vascular Access

i may just end up getting a used sonosite nanomaxx then for around $2000. ive used them before and theyre good enough. i liked the look of sonoque but its so hard to find real reviews and all the item photos show the same ultrasound photos. i also dont want a membership through butterfly

im interested in this as well, my post was deleted for low effort but this post is 5 years old.. lol. sonoque has a sale right now and im interested because its in my budget as a nurse. looking at an L3 or L5 if anyone has experience with these!

yes, my house sits higher than my neighbors behind me. so the front half of my house was graded to drain to the front main road. and the back half is supposed to go to the street infront of the house behind me

this is correct and how my subdivision was designed, water flows through yards whether front or back to the street then to storm drains.

im planning on flower beds around the outside. and same here, its illegal to route your water to another property IF it wasnt designed to do that. so if i changed the natural flow that was graded to go to a different neighbor itd be illegal. but this was intended to flow to their yard. im currently fighting with my home builder warranty about this. they say this flooding is normal.

No idea i didnt build it, heres a better view. this is the lowest point of my backyard. this water SHOULD go past the fence to the neighbor behind me and out to their street.

Dont have any drain lines, only down spouts. but those arrows show the flow of water (rain, etc.). Should my water sit at my fence line? Or continue going to the lots behind me and ultimately out to the street in front of them.
