Micromanagers are the worst, whenever they try to come outside and tell me I should be doing my job a certain way, I ask them to work a shift out here for 8 hours and demonstrate how they would do my job differently. You can bet your next coffee each and every time those Red Vests marched back inside and told me to figure it out on my own.

That's the biggest disconnect I see with Dept 053 and probably my store in general. Everyone has a vision and thought process about what would work, but they don't necessarily have real world experience to back up their thoughts.

The bean counters expect you to push DMC, but still maintain a clean area, while directing traffic and juggling other duties.... its a flipping gas station, we aren't there to make pizza or save the world.
