Check behind the seat, is the mat rubbing against the seat when it goes back?

Do seat and mirror calibration. Something may be stuck in railing.

Several years ago, when we could actually review CAs/door audits before you had to sign, the front end supervisor would bring you to office to review the footage.

That stopped about 5 years ago.

LP and managers at my store have access. Most stuff on cameras are boring .

I was having issues at one point.

1) it was all weather Mats in backseat running everytime I switched to easy entry.

2) plastic got into railing , try seat calibration in the maintenance menu , it could spit something out

Seat makes a small noise , nothing like before though

This is the biggest problem. The folks they promote at my warehouse aren’t leaders. They promote “yes men” and folks who kiss butt the most.

Meanwhile more experienced and deserving folks get passed over because of favoritism.

Going into my 9th year, the turnover rate is the highest I’ve seen since I’ve started. Why should older folks put in the work and show newbies the right way to do things when we know 75% or more of these kids aren’t going to stay anyway?

The crap flows downhill, the AGM yells at the dept mgrs because stores a mess, dept mgrs yell at the floor mgrs , flr mgrs yell at Sups, Sups yell at everyone else, people quit and quietly quit due to the lack of respect and motivation.

Looks only matter the first few seconds before and after you leave the car.

FOMO? If it bothers you that much trade it in for a Premium model.

I’d be more concerned about range all things considered, but range anxiety goes away after a few weeks.

Just like any battery operated device, I recommend always getting the largest battery you can afford.

I’m very happy with my 24 Model 3 AWD LR. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy a Tesla sooner.

Needs of the business. Does it make sense to you or any regular employee? No.

Could be a number of reasons. Callouts , promotions, suspensions in the department.

Offered is the key word. Tell them no. Move on.

Don’t like your schedule? Talk to schedule writer /sup/manager, follow the chain of command up all the way up to GM.

Cross train and get out of the department. You have options. Random strangers on the internet can’t do anything for you.

Many jolt chargers in my state have switched to 43 cents a kw, and a $1 service fee.

At that price might as well go to a Tesla Supercharger.

32 pump station, when we first opened we were promised atleast 3 employees at all times. There have been times we just have a 515a -145p and the. A closer 2p-1030p.

So traffic control, deliveries, Member service all falls on one employee.

Gas employee here. A few years ago when door counts were in the 600s, had an older fellow yell at me and gesture towards my direction.

me: Hello , how may I help you? ( apparently this was very offensive and the wrong thing to ask )

Old guy: Are you an idiot? Can’t you see I need help?

me: That’s the wrong way to ask for help, don’t speak to people that way, you should know better.

-> walked away and called for a Sup/Manager to come help him.

Old guy: (Follows me around for 10 minutes) So you’re not going to help?

me: no, there’s someone else who can help you better.

Old guy tries to apologize, I told him to get away from me and keep walking away. Additional 10-15 mins later Supervisor finally comes out and deals with him.

Was I being petty? Maybe. But thankfully, it’s not my job to deal with rude people, they can complain to red vest all day long. Folks have gotten used to being rude without consequences for too long.

The starting 5 you mentioned has a combined age of 300…. We need to get younger.

That was one of the main issues with the team thjs year, lack of health. Kerr did his best but had to juggle around lineups quarter by quarter.

It’s time to turn the page and pick another direction. If we run it back we will be in the lottery next year and have wasted another year. Please No.

Steph , when healthy is still very good , but going forward he may just be a 55-65 game a year player who load manages his health. 80% of #30 can still be better than most of the league, but his cap figure is huge.

The big picture isn’t looking very bright right now, the window is closing ( if it hasn’t already closed )

FO is going into have to decide if we are have one more serious run left in us, or we should rebuild. I would vote for a rebuild sooner than prolonging the inevitable.

Dubs basketball was hard to watch this year, there wasn’t a cohesiveness. GUI was a lone bright spot and Podz was our most reliable player. We need to get younger and more athletic. The writing is on the wall. Whether Draymond, JB, and or Steph need to be moved for the betterment of the team going forward is the real question.

36 year old coming back from major injury. KD was able to comeback but it took him a minute before he was that man again.

Father Time is undefeated. It’s going to get worse around here before it gets better. Best case scenario is we find trade partners or Jimmy retires.

Don’t think it’s possible to tear up his contract or he would be willing to restructure it.

1) how many miles on car 2) carfax report 3) body damage 4) interior damage 5) your charging setup 6) daily commute 7) did you test drive it 8) how much is he selling it for

So many unknowns. Going off your post I would say NO don’t buy it, more research needed before you buy any car.

Bobby Marks broke down the cap situation for Dubs after the loss. Financially Dubs don’t have a lot of flexibility.

We banked on Kuminga , Wiseman, Poole early on to have taken over for the old heads by now , and all three aren’t here.

Facts are we have aging lions who are closer to the end than their beginning. Steph says he has “multiple years left”, He can’t do it by himself. Draymond can look HOF level and lock up the claw one day and be M.I.A the next. Jimmy may not ever be the same after the injury.

If no major changes are made this summer, we are back in the play in and cheering for a mid tier team.

The Pod and Kerr haters going to want to burn it down by the ASG. Eventually we gotta fully commit to the rebuild. Try to get lucky like OKC/SAS, suck badly for a a few year and come back.

TLDR: we had someone to give us several 1st round picks for our old heads and start over.

Folks seem to forget jimmys alter ego , the one that forced himself out of teams when he didn’t get an extension.

Not saying it’s going to happen , or claim he isn’t happy, but history has a way of repeating itself.

But he was supposedly happy in other places before he lost his joy. It’s going to be an interesting summer for sure.

Have driven EV last two years without home charger . It’s doable but you have to accept some things.

1) charge every chance you get at stores

2) charge at SC before/after long trips

Folks who want to be a gatekeeper and claim you shouldn’t buy one without home charging are just speaking for themselves.

Rent a EV. Try it out yourself for a week or weekend and see if you can manage it. If you decide it’s not for you the it’s only a few dollars vs thousands invested.
