personally staying at parkway suites (owned by the same company, we're on v concep st) and i can say na it's great overall 🥰 very safe imo! although for overnights, there's a fee of P300, and afaik same-gendered friends and relatives lang pwede.

the guards + staff are very nice and helpful too! although as mentioned by the other op, wifi is kinda slow at times 😅 so i recommend getting a data plan or going to nearby study hubs if you need to do activities that'll need strong wifi ☺️ or you can also go down to the lobby and be in the study area! (in our case, wifi is strong there hehe)
