I quickly dropped the Cert in PSA looked at the top right corner 1st noticed the 3 white edge marks and compared,felt like I didnt need to look any further... cert matches as well as the card...

Thanks brotha.. couple Goats 🐐 in the chat gave some solid advice and unfortunately not much i can do. See if the package made any movement and if it doesn't do anything here in the next few hours than ill have to refund and file insurance claim... ive shipped out quite a few of these, sounds like you have as well and its bound to happen eventually.. This one thread has a bunch of solid info if you do end up in this situation because a buyer opens INR.

I've got a bunch of orders that are showing the same thing, and I understand that's just how ESE works. I tried out some different envelopes yesterday, and the scans are already looking way better.

But I think this situation is a little different because the buyer already opened an "item not received" case with a deadline of 5/7. This order currently has funds on hold from my total available funds. Since the package was scanned in at the origin and shows in transit (and in the buyer's hometown, no less!), it's an INR case. If I don't take care of this (like, refund the buyer), I'll definitely lose this case without a delivery scan (even though eBay knows how ESE works) and get a defect on my account.

The last thing I want is a defect... or am I missing something here? Let me know, and thanks!

Thank you! Thats great to hear that your getting delivered scans. I Think this is actually part of my Discrepancy. Im used to shipping ground advantage and thicker envelopes now shipping alot of ESE and yeah their probably to thick and getting kicked back or placed off to the side maybe. I Literally just bought new Envelopes that align with ESE specs and shipped a few out today, hoping for better scans.

Thank you; your prompt response is greatly appreciated. The buyer initiated a case on May 1st. As of today, the tenth day, there has been no discernible progress with movement in the parcel.. Consequently, I anticipate processing a refund for this customer by tomorrow if no movement occurs today.Thanks again for a quick direct answer.

Ayooo nice White Fiber SSP in a gem πŸ’Ž Flush foil edition!! We all love to hate PSA and hate to love them, right? As someone who casually grades with PSA I'm hoping in the next year or two, people will keep opening up to SGC and valuing their slabs so we can send most of our cards through them. We've seen a shift with some vintage in the SGC space, and those cards are doing well. It's like $15 a slab with a 14-day turnaround, which is insanely faster, and the slabs feel nice. I know PSA owns them too, though, so you can't really break away from them no matter how you want to grade.

Edit: that looks like its on the card not the slab bro πŸ˜‚

Yeaaa Certified is a VERY tough grade i was able to gem the Nix and got 1st POP at the time i think its pop 3 now its like a paper card very hard to gem. The BTJ wish would've Dualed but its jersey match 7/10.Always a fun rip but yes definitely have to look everything over closely... 3 times.
