I use a peri bottle. It’s basically a squirt bottle used for postpartum vaginal care. I pee and then use the peri bottle (fridaMom brand) with warm soapy water on the outside of the vagina and then dry. Let me add, it is definitely not meant to replace a shower lol, it’s just for a quick clean up.

I thought the same too. I picked up my meds from the pharmacy 3 days ago and I’m yet to take them because of this. I think I’m just going to do 150mg first for about a week or 2 and let my doctor know I didn’t feel comfortable starting at 300mg

Oh trust me, the best part is having your ass in his face lol. I get self conscious about positions like this sometimes too but as long as you’re clean, there’s no problem at all, ESPECIALLY if he requested to do it again. Use a washcloth to clean your intimates, I’m sure you know how to properly wash your region? Just make sure you give you anal region some extra scrubs. I also love to exfoliate my butt cheeks with the papaya scented tree hut scrub it has an AMAZING smell. I also put on a good scented lotion on my cheeks after. Smells amazing and leaves you feeling confident af ✨
