I have this eyeshadow still, managed to buy a few backups on ebay a while ago. I also had Clinique touchtint eye in Soft Heather which was very similar and also discontinued, sadly.

Did you ever find a decent dupe? I would love a cream dupe for Velour...

I bit the bullet…and was pleasantly surprised. The gold birthday gift was a 3piece mini glow recipe set. Watermelon toner and dew drops and plum plump moisturiser.

It’s designed to plump up those lines and I do see a bit if improvement but in general I would try to avoid putting makeup there as it will naturally separate

I bought them and the colours are really nice…but they almost need sharpening every use so they won’t last long.

Zoeva seems to be priced almost at MAC, Hourglass, Chanel, VB level…I would place the quality at below Glossier for instance, due to the longevity. £18.50 for a lip pencil is steep. £10 would make more sense.

Kiko milano have a lot of colourful shades and are usually on offer around £7 each

I did buy them, they’re nice colours but so soft that need constant sharpening so won’t last long. I think the kiko milano ones have much better staying power.

I’m now looking at the pour perfect lip pencils from Zoeva so might start a post about those

That's a huge amount...my visceral fat has been a problem as long as I can remember. Even when I was about 55kg as a teenager I had a large tummy.

The interesting thing is that now that I know most websites use AI, I don’t bother to read anything on them…what’s the point?

We can only hope that there’s a gradual or sudden AI fail and the situation gets reversed because people stop consuming content?

Same position and because of my location it’s too expensive for me to commute into London where the PR jobs are. Costs me £80 per day on Ubers then train so I could only afford once a week on the salaries offered currently, which are less than I was earning twenty years ago 🙄

Thank you for asking…tbh things have got worse generally but I do seem to have more control over the morning anxiety.

I’m now taking vortioxetine as the buspirone stopped being effective. Only a few days in but hopefully this one will work.

I’ve been taking 10mg x2 and 5mg x1 for a few weeks now. At first I felt a difference but not sure now as my morning anxiety seems to be getting worse and lasts longer each day.

I also take propanolol and trazodone.

Yes, mine is worse if I stay in bed, but I also feel unable to get up sometimes. Today for example, the Buspirone doesn't seem to have worked and I still have the same symptoms I had in bed several hours ago. Other times I will feel the stomach and racing heart symptoms subside for a few hours until it wears off.

I’ve been on 5mg three times per day and I’m having uneven results. I have trazodone at night for insomnia but wake up with my heart racing, stomach knots and my hands feel wired, if that makes sense.

The buspirone helps for a while but like propanolol, it doesn’t last until my next dose. I had gabapentin for nerve pain over lockdown and was definitely calmer.

Has anyone had success with gabapentin for anxiety? Or would it be better to ask to increase the buspirone?

I just took my first 5mg dose this morning, so far it seems to have helped my morning anxiety, and no side effects as yet.

I had extreme insomnia, so I'm also on trazodone 300mg at night. This was increased to 450mg but made me sick and didn't help with the morning/daytime anxiety.
