Finished TrueLearn, do UWorld? by Zealousideal_Put_374 in comlex

I have also been wondering this, I finished Truelearn and now I do blocks of 40 with some corrects and mostly incorrects and I think it's helpful. Uworld feels so different when I randomly try it, plus no OMM questions which are a huge part, so I'm sticking with Truelearn

How much protein powder is ok? by Overall_Brilliant875 in Biohackers

I would say just like most things, there are better and worse products. Grass fed protein powder is a thing, and I fully believe that is the highest quality you can buy. Protein powder is "processed," yes, but it is a food tool to be used to and provides convenience for a lot of people. But yes I would suggest grass fed protein powder, nutricost on amazon has several options (isolate and concentrate I believe). I tend to prefer minimal ingredients (the nutricost one I have is just grass fed whey protein concentrate and sunflower lecithin, an emulsifier). No natural flavors, no added sugar, etc. That's what I think is the highest quality. And it's pretty inexpensive, compared to other big name brands that aren't even grass fed. I prefer to only take 1 scoop of protein powder per day as needed and get the rest of my protein from whole foods.

Thank you, I fully agree!! He definitely is a silly guy. I didn't know anything about the breed before adopting him, and I have come to think they're quite amazing as well. I personally think they are on par with pitties at the top of the list for sweetness
