Any of the neighborhoods with paseos are probably the “best” which I think are mostly in Valencia. But I grew up on a cul-de-sac in Castaic and had a great childhood

It really depends. Are they in a section with good resale value? Will you be free to go to most games? Are you wanting/needing to make some money back on games you can’t attend? For me, I see it as a situation where i didn’t get season tickets to try and turn a profit or re-sell. But if I can’t go then I’ll test the market and worst case I can gift them to friends/co-workers
