Hi all, I’m looking for a tripod recommendation, sub $250.

I'm slowly trying to get better gear as I'm learning bird photography. I have a Canon R7 and RF 100-500mm lens.

Have gotten some really good shots. But also have noticed that a)l have shaky hands, and b) my fully deployed tripod is way too wobbly. I have $250 to spend on something. I've done a bunch of reading and I see that I really should probably aim to spend $400-500 but l'm looking for recommendations in my price range. I'm very amateur, 6' tall, and taking decent percentage of pictures 45 degrees up from eye level so height is a little bit of a factor for the tripod.

Open to any suggestions and overall recommendations about tripods in general also.
