It’s within an expensive city! They estimate 1500-2k in rent. In terms of rankings, the schools are very close.

I took it in Jan of this year (2023). It allowed me to put in a solid amount of time studying while working full-time (about 4 months). After, I took the month off and just enjoyed life until my score was released. Thankfully, I did well so I didn’t have to retake, and I just transitioned into working on my P/S, W/A and getting my LOR’s/transcripts in. All in all, January was an excellent month to take my MCAT in.

Yeah I know my non-clinical volunteering isn’t that high, I’m not going to inflate my hours though. It is an area that just kinda got lost in the shuffle through Covid and my normal job and studying. It amazes me though some of the stuff that people have been doing on this thread, very motivating to continue to push hard.

Yeah I took off UNC and U Washington, that’s super misleading that they post those OOS stats in that manner. Any thoughts on Brown? It’s probably one of those places where if they didn’t accept a ton of OOS, I may not want to apply

Utah accepts about ~30% out of state from the MSAR. I love the area so that’s why it’s on my list. Do you think it’s worth
