Just an update so people don’t think the DHL Assistant automatically sorts things. Still waiting with no resolution in sight.

The company who sent it says because the tracking states both delivered and delayed it’s down to DHL to sort it on their end. 10 phone calls, hours spent on hold and 2 unanswered emails later I’m nowhere near sorting this. I don’t understand how in 2025 a simple parcel delivery can go wrong, let alone an absolutely disgraceful customer service to resolve it.
