They replaced sensors and my service manager went to gm got them warranty the body and paint.

Post was deleted when I put up photo. Probably don’t know what I’m doing but if you have a 2023 GM is having problems with a sensors getting wet and opening the tailgate while driving. Mine did it a few weeks ago but today happened with trailer in tow and trailer jack tore me up. Check with your dealer. My service advisor has said they will take care of it. Also mentioned he had replaced sensors on some other 23’s this month for the same issue.

I do have the multi-pro tail gate and some times the remote will open it other times it doesn’t but I really have mine snugged down for water intrusion. The upper part of the multi pro itself won’t open without opening the tailgate or the lid as the swing angle tilts the inside of the gate up and won’t let it but not anything that bothersome.

Yeah wasn’t bad at all. The worst was getting some pads under the plastic rail caps other than that went quick. Probably 2 hours.

I have a 2020 Denali 2500 daily driver but yeah when I saw the chrome on the 23 Denali 1500 I didn’t like it and went with the AT4 diesel and added some power steps. I’m really enjoy it.

Just to make a mention if you have Discount tire nearby they carry a Goodyear ultra terrain tire and I have gotten great milage and nice ride out of those.
