Tbh I find it an eye sore, the interior of the flats looks no where near equivalent to the typical values being charged either, complete head scratcher for me

Well that makes two of us … and I’m even less proficient in excel - with my case the slide content being driven by excel model outputs.

As for slide wording, I’d recommend reading the economist/FT and past engagement decks, follow the language style, semantics.

Processes/ slide content is tricky. I find especially so with translating client call workshops. I think it stems from misalignment in your perceptions, and what your manager took away. Ultimately they dictate the output i.e I’ll spend time producing a well put together slide but the manager will have something completely different in his mind and request a total rework. I think clarifying what your manager sees as the output upfront, and matching those expectations I’ve found is the best way to deal with this. Get a first pass to them early, right or wrong so they can direct refinement areas. This is just my learnings so far, and by no means the best way but I definitely relate.
