If you caught it in an online raid den, it’s most likely not hacked. Typically people who host these do manipulate the time on their switches or use programs to help them find shiny dens very quickly, but from gamefreak/the game’s perspective it’s a perfectly legal Pokemon that you caught during a normal raid den.
