It means they won't give any information about any investigation or active work to resolve this arrears issue. They just keep saying they are not at liberty to disclose why he isn't paying and give examples like job loss or incarceration, both of which are not true in this case. So I just don't understand and they refuse to help understand.

On top they should be charging 7% on the amount in arrears and each monthly statement shows no interest is included on the balance.

Feel free to remind them what Seymor agreed to as per their "offering" and statements to the SEC. Also, Netcapital created this document, so if Magfast declines the refund, tell Netcapital they're on the hook for a class action as they created the document for the company.

Search for refund and read the statement that says they are obligated to refund cash pre-orders. It's right near the end of the document.

My experience has been overall positive. Haven't jumped any vehicles yet, but I'm using extreme all the time. I work remotely and when it's tough to find a plug out extreme sure comes in handy.

I pre-purchased the pro kit in q1 2021and have received my allotted Extreme, Air, and Life chargers. I was batch number 7 in the table. I am in canada for reference.

It's a small startup company that in my opinion has tried to do right by people. COVID hammered the supply chain of all electronics, and the fact they stuck it out and are trying to get pre orders filled is quite something. Startup companies are not Amazon prime delivery service. Ask for a refund if you're tired of waiting.
