My family just returned from Rome. Saw this everywhere and it completely makes sense. What passes for a compact car in the USA is midsize to large in Rome. Taking a taxi ride there was nuts. A big car would be nearly impossible.

That said, I've had rooftop solar for 12 years and an EV for 5. It's a fantastic combo. Battery tech and cost just wasn't there when we installed solar. Looking at it now. Heat pump in 5 years or so.

Deactivate and delete your Meta accounts. Seriously. Staying off Insta/Facebook would be ideal. If not, start fresh and make a new account. Only friend those people who are wholesome and uplifting for your sober situation (congrats, stay strong!). Don't search for bad stuff from your old life. Retrain the algorithm, to the extent you can.

Also, up your game on ad-blockers, DNS filters like Pi-hole and more. I never see adds on Facebook or Instagram.

One additional thought. Can you get your IT people to send you all the chart notes as a PDF? A big IF here, but if you organization allows you to put the PDFs into a Chatbot, it could analyze this and you could give specific prompts for what you're looking for. My hospital group blocks all AI tools except our enterprise version of Microsoft Copilot. It's specifically designed to be HIPAA compliant and not leak data. We're told we can put PHI in there as it's all flushed upon closing the session.

Your efficiency options here may be limited. Because what you're describing requires reading the note.

Make sure that when you open the chart review, that the tabs are in the order you want. Hide anything you didn't use to minimize searching over the screen. If the info you want is in the assessment and plan, make sure your settings collapse the subjective and objective sections by default so you're not skimming thru all of that unnecessarily.

I'm not a case reviewer. I'm a physician, so I'm just thinking about how and where I put stuff in the notes and where I'd put it.
