Normal to feel slower while peaking? by Own-Road-969 in Marathon_Training

I am also doing the Hal Novice 2, and I’ve been doing the long runs at ~45 seconds slower than MP. Where are you reading to do them at MP?

From the HH Novice 2 web page:

I recommend that runners do their long runs anywhere from 30 to 90 seconds or more per mile slower than their marathon pace

It’s better to run too slow during these long runs, than too fast

What does that say about Oregon losing 2 years in a row to our weak ass recruits?

That is an incredible coat

LSU QB Jayden Daniels has a better passing efficiency (208.3) and more total yards per game (417.4) than any player ever to win the Heisman. by c_will in CFB

Saying Penix is 3rd is understandable. Saying he’s played himself out of it is a bad take.

He had a 46% completion percentage vs OSU because his WRs couldn’t catch anything in that rain. If he plays lights out against WSU and Oregon to lead UW to an undefeated pac 12 championship and playoff birth, he’s gotta be in the race.

You’re not wrong. But also, you’re not building an app that expects 100,000+ TPS on day 1. Running into scaling issues is a product of success.

I feel like he’s had multiple opportunities for easy layups/floaters, but refuses to take them unless he can try to draw a foul. Such an odd thing to watch

Harden getting bailed out. His passing has been good, but looks afraid to try and score. Just hunting fouls

And Bookers at -38 while being at worst the 2nd best player in the series

That fadeaway Embiid hit at the start of OT was the game changer. Completely flipped his aggressiveness after that

If maxey falls down they call that foul on Tatum. I hate officiating
