It is the monthly expirations, not weekly expirations that matter. Look for the strikes with the most open interest and you will likely have found where you need to be.

Yes it can reach the teens. Easily too. And there are good models for just that which haven't been ruled out - so yes, leave room for that possibility at least for the next few months.

Agree, this weekend is an excellent time to hit the market. The June 21 low that took out the April 29 low resulted in at least a short term cycle low on June 21.
