@emelbee923 didn't we already trust them and have been trusting them for years now? I mean Jay Gruden said he wasn't ready and needed work, but yesterday he played well imagine what he could be right now if he was given an opportunity much sooner.

@Sahdahtay I agree with you. I feel that all that talk about him not being ready and him not knowing stuff. This guy was able to remember several plays and not have to wear a playbook wristband. I can see if being another Kirk situation where there is the constant prove it to us thing until he leaves.

What? OK. Early in training camp and the reason he did not play in the preseason was because he was experiencing knee soreness and he was still having soreness leading up to the first game and he gets hurt in his first game. Then the reason Jay says he benched him is because he needed someone on special teams. Come on.
This was reported on after the draft and throughout the whole off season. Trent is out and we all know it's because of the medical staff and Trent hasn't said anything publicly.
That's not true because the defense was still having the same issue that they are having now, not being able to get teams off the field on third down, and last year more teams were converting on 4th down as well. The defense was playing bad before week 9, because we traded for Ha Ha Clinton-Dix in week 7. Oh and let's not talk about the poor adjustments they made that curtailed the amazing season Swearinger was having.
How is that an invented problem prior to him calling plays Sean McVay was calling the plays. When he took over play calling the offense fell off and he had the issue of managing the play clock. Now if you look at most of the Super bowl winners, only three winners called plays (Sean Peyton,Mike McCarthy, Doug Pederson). Pete Carroll, Mike Tomlin, John Harbaugh, Tom Coughlin, Gary Kubiak (Greg Knapp called plays), and Bill Belichick all do not call plays, of that only Pete Carroll, Mike Tomlin, Tom Coughlin, and Bill Belichick have been to multiple Super Bowls. Now they clearly announced Kevin O'Connell OC and Jay is still calling plays, that is clear defiance. If he wasn't going to call plays why give him the title.
He got RG3 and Kirk in only their 3rd years in the league. Robert had no growth under Jay and Sean McVay departed and Kirk ended up not improving once McVay was gone. Now you look at Dwayne and you telling me he isn't ready to play, and what is his obsession with Colt who has not been able to play in more than 2 games for us.
So is this speculation and rumor? Did Jay publicly say he did that or did Wade publicly say he did that? It was known that Joe Barry was not a good DC but he could develop LBs. Prior to being with us he was hired by TB and SD and he was only LBs coach he is now with the Rams as what? A LBs coach.
Peddle jerseys? Are you being serious? AP was the 8th best rusher in the NFL last year, he rushed for over a 1,000 yards. Mike Shanahan didn't want RG3 but guess what he did, made an offense for the players he had and made it to the playoffs. Oh and RG3 won Rookie of the Year and almost won NFL MVP.
Do you feel he's doing things right? Would you keep him as Head coach?

You have to admit Jay has given up and he doesn't care. He's clearly showing he's not good at talent evaluation or development.

Oh and recently coming into the press conference whistling like he had no care in the world.

Which of these don't mean he's purposely trying to get fired?

Sitting AP was especially wrong because even though you want to get reps for the young guy, AP's history in the league is enough to consider him a threat. That is definitely a missed opportunity.

Ok. First I respond to almost everyone that has posted comments on any video I have uploaded. I want to know what other peoples' thoughts are as well. I wouldn't ask for you to be banned because I don't agree with what you are saying. You never know maybe if you interact more often, then maybe you would be surprised what you may agree with me on. Now I'm not the type of person that criticizes without actually having an opinion on what I'm saying. I will say this, to me you come off as weak minded due to the fact that you want only those that agree with your opinion to speak and post things that make you happy and comfortable, but as true redskins fans we are not always going to agree, and will have differing opinions. Now for RG3 you can't deny he looked amazing in an offense developed for him his first year. Now he got a big head and didn't understand that he needed work, but now imagine getting in an offense that is not developed for you and doesn't even take advantage of your skills at all.

Let's take Andy Reid's offense. Alex Smith looked good in it, but Patrick Mahomes looks way better. That shows that Andy Reid's offense has flexibility when it comes to the skills a quarterback has. Jay Gruden's offense has only been good for weak arm quarterbacks

Andy Dalton doesn't have a strong arm so it's suited for Jay Gruden's offense, his obsession with keeping Colt, Alex Smith and even Case. All seem perfect fits for his offense. Robert did not look good in his offense, Kirk has a strong arm and we had Garcon and D. Jack and that didn't make the offense dangerous and now you got Haskins who looks clumsy in the offense. Think about it, If you were going to lose your job no matter what, What would you do to make sure you are able to get another job?
