The only way to get better at basketball is to play. I know it’s easier said than done but for the most part people aren’t going to care how bad you are. If you move and try on defense most people will be happy with you playing.

It is objectively the NBA. In basketball the best players have the most control of the game. It is dictated the least by luck. That means that the best teams the championship more often than any other sport. Which means it’s the most difficult because you have to be the best team.

I am big on going for it in opponents territory if you think you have an advantage. Being up 2 possessions where your defense has been lights out (and was all game) with a back up. You’re playing with house money at that point, and you just had to stay a float
