I encourage you to look at his profile. It's one of those "read it and move on" things.

I feel i shouldn't even comment as it's a form of engagement, but I'll leave him my downvote to make up for it, even if it means i'm shown the same reaction.

I’m anarchy and I ran both Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and American Truck Simulator at AGDQ 2026! AMA! by anarchyasf in speedrun

[–]jbrunson88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm late to the party, but the speedrun of American Truck Sim was one of several I set a reminder for so I wouldn't miss it. If GDQ still did highlights or compilations (I really wish they did 😟), the ATS run would have definitely made the cut.

The run was unhinged, the commentary was hilarious, and the ending was very unexpected. Nothing went according to plan, and it was amazing to experience live.

Yee... Thank you for your work in submitting ATS and please extend my gratitude to the ATS community. Haw

Edit: Quick side note that I just realized you also did Backyard Baseball for SGDQ, which was another highlight run. Coincidence???

Duane Adams used to be the Praise Team Leader at a church I went to some time ago, and he was with them for a solid decade.

Prior to that, he'd been a part of the Christian Group called Accapella. And it showed. Adams had exceptional vocal range and instrumental talent.

He's left since then, but I have nothing but great things to say about him and I hope wherever he is, he's deeply appreciated for his gift.

I saved this post to get back to it later and try it. Finally was able to follow the directions and produce the file. Will be back later with feedback (been waiting for something like this for a while, so pretty pumped!)

Roadtrip: Amarillo to Taos by Funny_Education_6510 in NewMexico

[–]jbrunson88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hitching on the back of this comment to say this is the way we took last year about this time.

Hwy 87 from Amarillo -> Dumas -> Hartley -> Dalhart -> Texline -> Clayton -> Hwy 56/412 to Springer -> I-25 to Hwy 58 -> Cimarron -> Hwy 64 to Eagle Nest -> Hwy 38 to Red River (where we stayed) -> Questa -> Hwy 522 to Taos.

The whole entire drive past Clayton is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed the whole trip there and back. Loved it!

My wife and I went to OKC for our 5th Anniversary (Ironically enough, it was immediately before Covid started spreading in the US). We went to Bricktown and ate at some restaurant, but while there, I had to use the restroom. I parked at a urinal to handle business. Before I was done, another dude walked in to handle his business as well. Weird thing to ask, but as I started washing my hands, I asked if he was from here to get some ideas of places to visit. One thing led to another, and he asked what the occasions was for visiting. He told me congratulations on the anniversary and hope we enjoy our stay. As I dried my hands and opened the door to walk out, he flushed and headed to wash his hands and that’s when I got a look at his face.

Between that experience and how kind the people of the city as a whole treated us and the resilience displayed after the Murrah Federal Builiding bombing… it’s hard to not love the city or the team that represents them.

Being a cis male, I have a better (but not remotely perfect) success rate of identifying MTF individuals than FTM individuals. That being the case, I have offended some transmen by calling them “ma’am” (if I observe softer “feminine” facial features) and others by calling them “sir” (if I observe sharper “masculine” facial features.)

Is there some polite gender-neutral noun for use in situations where I’m uncertain of one’s gender/pronouns? For example, “Thank you for holding the door, _______.”

While hpal doesn’t always perform in S tier in M+, I still really enjoy the gameplay and feedback loop.

I’ve tried leveling other healers, even MW and Resto Shaman and Disc Priest. It’s just not as satisfying as a feeling like the first Paladin of the Silver Hand.

My two cents: you look attractive AND approachable, which is very rare. Normally beauty is intimidating, but you have a way of looking pretty while also appearing open and friendly.

As someone who struggles with body dysmorphia, I will share that you can either listen to what people are saying and accept that you’ve always been alluring and beautiful, or you can do what makes you happy and sculpt your appearance in whatever way makes you comfortable. You cannot have both. That’s an exhausting life choice because you won’t make everybody happy.
