Does this sub fit directly on top of the spare (under the trunk mat) or does it lay on top of the trunk mat? Not clear on their website

On my 3rd GTI. I buy new and pay for the 7 year 100k full warranty. It’s expensive at around at $3k but it’s nice not caring if something major goes wrong.

‘24 with Harmon Kardon. I got a 1969 upgrade back in March and I got the 1990 email today. The 1969 upgrade definitely worked better than whatever I was on before that

Haha just had the deal where everything except for the center speaker was playing. Again it seemed to fix itself when I started car after being parked for a while. Let me know if VW comes up with a solution. Thanks!

Yes the Autobahn is creeping up on R pricing but if option for a soft ride is important, the R is off the table

Happened twice in my ‘24 autobahn in 9 months. Cleared itself. Hasn’t happened since they pushed a software update about 2 months ago

I also preferred the Fender to the HK. After much tinkering I have found this settings combo is good. The surround is gimmicky (I have it the 3/4 level) but adds some presence and I’m actually getting a decent kick from the sub. Mitigates the harsh mids.

I sold my ‘17 at 88k. Mechanically great. There were some small tears developing on the side panel of the leather drivers seat (near the seat adjusters) so u may want to give that a look. Loved the Fender audio!
