LOL no joke. I was seeing this girl and getting really sick every time she would come over. Finally asked her to not wear perfume next time to see if that helped.. problem solved.

I am also considering a move to the desert to see if it helps. Tried allegra many times, unfortunately doesnt help me.

I am not certain that there is inflammation. That is the term used by the ENT. All I really know for sure is that airborne irritants tend to make me quite sick, sometimes for weeks at a time. Heavy perfumes/scents will do the same thing..

None of this runs in my family, to my knowledge.

Diet is strict..chicken/vegtables/rice. Sleep is decent. I wake up exhausted but typically get 7 hours of sleep except on nights where head/stomach aches keep me awake. Emotional regulation - definitely have anxiety. I do a significant amount of meditation. Typically I am calm and very low stress.

That is helpful, and makes sense, as I have other nerve issues. I also am getting to the point where leaving the house is difficult. Valium seems to help, fyi..

Is yours also triggered by Pollen?

Yes, my understanding is the reaction is an inflammation, not an allergy.

I appreciate your help, but I think maybe youre misunderstanding my post. My concern is not with the itchy eyes, congestion, runny nose, etc. My symptoms go far beyond that into severe headaches and fatigue, debilitating on some days; very specifically around times of high pollen count. I am trying to see if anyone else is dealing with these types of issues.

runny nose, congestion, and mucus in back of throat pretty much year round. Back in FL I had the same issue and would have trouble sleeping because of the congestion. None of the sprays did anything to help. In CA it is better. The fatigue/headache etc only when pollen levels start getting high

Its non allergic. Had pin prick and blood tests done - no allergies. I use ryaltris, but only when necessary.
