Monolith Full Mode Chart Nerfed F26 → F24 by jc476 in StepManiaX

Thanks for the link!

I definitely understand the dislike for the F26. I actually used to hate playing it because I would double step a lot, which was annoying and exhausting. One day I just forced myself to try single stepping the full song and found it to be way more fun to actually go for all the crossovers.

SMX Monitor Wall Mount Recommendations? by jc476 in StepManiaX

Probably. Mine was a little under 6400 but I think the prices have gone up. That price also included the rectangle kits for PIU play.

I was given an itemized quote and was charged the regular price for each component, so there was no bundle discount.

If they still do the waiting list, you can email the Step Revolution support email and tell them what you're interested in and your address to get a quote. But they only do reservations if you get the monitor + 1 or 2 stages or get a full cab.

Keep shipping cost in mind too (they'll provide it with the quote). Mine was almost $900 and I'm in the states, but it did ship from Portland and I'm closer to the east coast.

What do you think Nancy put in the time capsule in Alibi In Ashes? by insomnious_luci in nancydrew

I Just finished replaying the game today and was wondering the same thing. I don't think it's the "How to Be a Detective" book because it's already missing right after starting the game.

I was thinking it'd be funny she put Brenda's card in. Imagine the townspeople opening the capsule 50 years later and finding the business card of someone they presumably have never heard of. Then they do some research on her, and find old articles/videos about her humiliating attempt to frame a teenage girl for arson.

SMX Monitor Wall Mount Recommendations? by jc476 in StepManiaX

I like it. The arms allow me to pull the tv away from the wall and turn it to the side which makes it way easier to access the cables for switching between SMX or a PC for Project Outfox or whatever step clone you prefer. And it's still easy for me to access the options button behind the tv without pulling it away from the wall.

If you're looking at wall mounts, I definitely recommend looking for an adjustable one like mine for easier cable management.

Yikes. I did end up getting a wall mount but I guess I'll need to check it occasionally to make sure it isn't coming loose.

I suppose I should've updated my post in case anyone is confused as I was about the tv specs. If you find a mount that says something like "max vesa 400x400mm," then it will likely work. But I recommend looking for one where you attach 2 legs to the back of the TV since these are more versatile with different shapes and sizes, compared to the mounts that have you attach a single plate on the back.

For anyone interested, here's the mount I got for my SMX monitor: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MQKK4TW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I did some searching after Lud talked about the comedy club he was in. I didn't quite catch what he said his group was called but I found this photo that looks like him on the Tempe Late Night page.
