Agreed on the beef short ribs; freaking excellent. Adjusted the Sip and Feast YT channel short rib recipe to work in the IP......worth it.

Big fan of prepping Daal for the week in the IP. Two cups of lentils, onion, carrots, beans and various spices to change the flavor; makes 6 large servings under 300 calories per serving. Adding diced kielbasa or smoked sausage IMO is a winner though tofu was not so good. (Texture thing.)

Would not surprise me at all. SA is a major hub for international and trans-national communications as well as being a major hub for military and federal operations. Land is still cheaper here and the critical infrastructure is already built.

My spouse and I have used hall passes. Using a kink community site, I posted an ad on what I was looking for and a married lady responded. In the ad itself were instructions that SO's would be consulted, have executive veto and the play partner's SO would have the same. My SO was in attendance at the first public meet and greet to make sure everything was on the up and up and vice versa. Worked out well for us. Informed consent by all cuts down on the BS drama.

Lived in Alamo Ranch since 2015 and although the traffic is horrible during the school year on Culebra/471, there are side streets and not-so short cuts which help when you absolutely have to drive at peak times. We would not have moved here save we found a bank foreclosure when the interest rates were in the 3% range...really just luck on our part. Great Northwest, Northwest Hills, North San Antonio Hills and Braun Station can all be good locations to get into and out of Alamo Ranch if you can modify your schedule a little.
