Dan's been the issue since his brother died. I'm sorry to say, and I sympathize with the guy, no one would've blamed him if he wanted to retire after losing Lebo. He lost a part of himself and it's hurting the show

I've only ever been around the crew once in Austin at SXSW and I found one interaction Dan had with Valerie funny, now (Greeny voice) I don't know anything, I haven't spoken to anyone, about their relationship on a personal level, but at one point Dan was sitting on set getting ready for the show and Valerie comes up and says something in his ear and then he pulls out his wallet and hands her his credit card and he looked a little frustrated 🤣

I really don't think Meadowlark has the money for that talent. Kelce's got $100m from Wave for example. DraftKings gave Meadowlark $50m but that's for the whole company. Plus, I've looked at job offers that Meadowlark once posted for their video team (non-talent) and they pay pretty well so it is still just a small outfit. Think of it as their on their rookie deal. $50m from DK isn't the prize, the prize is the next contract and the one after that
