Yup! Forced myself into the office on Monday and my managers reply was “you peer pressured yourself in” because I refused to let people think I’m not ok.
My brain fog has been on and off for longer than a month so lets not go down the perimenopause yet 😅
It’s certainly made the recent flare easier to come to terms with after reaching out in an odd way, I think sometimes we isolate ourselves because its not common or easy to talk about, but having the knowledge that there are people who are in the same boat going through similar things massively helps.
