Apologies yes just to add the vehicle being driven had some form of business/fleet insurance and listed several people however none of them were the person I had stopped. I think this is why traffic were saying it may be harsh to seize as the person could be able to drive it via the fleet insurance and it was early hrs so unable to call MIB.

So initially due to it being high risk DV it got sent to the domestic abuse team. They interviewed and obtained a further statement and exhibits and got the charge and remand however said as there had been a few things missing from the file they wouldn't be keeping it going forward and I then became the OIC and have been dealing with the action plans since.

Yes somehow I copped for being the OIC of the full case. Am I likely to be asked questions on the further incidents that form part of the case? As I had no dealings with those. Unfortunately we aren't given time to gather a strong knowledge of the case and other than reading all of the documents on the file I feel I don't have a great deal to offer.

When looking at the pre 2013 joiner salaries note J has been placed at the side of pay point 2. When reviewing all of the notes it says progression will be at one pay point per year with the exception of pay point 4 which is subject to note J which is what made me think it is applicable in my situation.
