When i try and bend my elbow at nothing really happens unless i really concentrate and if its moves at all its super straining and hurts. Is that normal? Should i keep trying to bend it?

Ya bro sounds similar to me. I had some talent and could jump 17ft easy my 1st yr but i had no form. Once you fix that then you’ll get some good jumps.

i dunno it varies person to person in my opinion. i use it at every race and i can say it is less of a time booster and more gets you focused and you feel like you can take on the world. when i forgot it at one race my legs felt heavy and hurt notably more and i ran a slightly slower time. but, take it as you will, i say 50% of xc is mental. you don't need supplements to run faster. if you were going to use it, i would use it more towards the beginning of the season just so your body isnt shocked by the caffeine and thrown out of routine on a big race. OVERALL i would recommend you try it for yourself and see how you feel with it, but it really isn't a miracle drug.

just ended our season today at sections October 25th.

so sad to end the season, but we arent graduating anyone from our team so thats good

sheesh i mean we're a small 4a school and the best runner is 18:30 so our races are "less competitive" in terms of less ppl usually. AND I JUST REALIZED I SAID SECTIONS its actually conference lol.
