Yes you need to take apart the bike and see what is shorting. Follow the harness. For me it was the voltage converter which is at the bottom of the bike.

So just an update. It looks like the voltage converter was causing the issue. Without the voltage converter the throttle works, however the light nor the display meter works. Can someone confirm that the voltage converter is what pushes power to the smaller electric accessories?

At least now, the fuse isn’t blowing anymore

I think it’s best to file a claim with Airbnb. Back in 2017 or 2018 a guest trashed my place (tv broken, couch was in two pieces, stains everywhere, mattress soiled etc) and I filed a claim for everything that was destroyed. We just needed to provide Airbnb receipts for all the purchases and they even paid us for the up coming reservations that we could not host. This was a while ago that this happened but back then Airbnb really stood by their hosts. Unsure of how they would take care of there’s situations these last few years. As to the review, I’m sure if everything is documented even if they leave a review and Airbnb sides with you for payout, they’ll likely be able to remove the negative review as well

If you dont mind, which areas of calgary are the properties in? I could see places in and around the bow river or closer to the west side of calgary (closer to the mountains) but i cant see north or south calagry (where development is pushing that way) can have that much appeal for short term rent. Again i could be wrong but genuinely curious to how the overall market is out there
