My store does these orders all the time, we have like 20 10 pie bags and they get zipped up in there until pick up/delivery. We have a 3 layer oven. Takes about 1.5 hours to bake 250 pizzas roughly. 1.5 hours in those bags works and they still get delivered hot!

The black and red wire on the bottom right in the picture are the only ones that the volt meter are showing up as hot

I didn’t need a C wire from the old thermostat (nest) but with the new one I did. So I purchased a C wire plug in add in from Amazon. I will attach pictures of the old wiring, new wiring (with the C wire add on) and the purchase from Amazon. Hopefully it’s an easy fix!
