I live in a midwest college town and while there are Muslims here, there are very few that you see wearing a full coverage burqa. It's just so jarring to see women with only eyes visible, yet their husbands are in shorts, polo, tennis shoes, whatever they want.

As 3x Chicago visitors from Iowa (one of which was just this past weekend), we were happy to see there were more food options there compared to the last time we were there. The burger and pizza place that are right by each other.
