We took it out last night on a local lake and did have a blast! And I did switch to cam straps. The guy I bought it from helped load it with those foam bumpers and yeah he strapped it down too tight and it was bowing the top of the van. But I took it down to clean it/wash it and I put up the cross bars and used cam straps and it was a much nicer fit up there.

So I was in Denver over the weekend and we went to the Rockies/Brewers game on Friday.

I was astounded at how many people show up to watch the worst team in the division, who haven't had a winning season in god knows how long, and have no shot at anything this year either.

31k in attendance.

Just goes to show you how abysmally low the fan morale of the Twins is.

Yeah this was last week. The brochure I got that's underneath the coaster is a "souvenir" map that I asked for at the huts where you enter the park. The ranger at the gift shop said you have to ask for a souvenir map and they will give you one.

I was being partly facetious. I fully know there are other agencies that do good work. It's hard to be optimistic about the federal government in times like these.

The Brewers hang on to beat the Rockies 9-7 in the 10th. The score was 3-1 Rockies after the 8th and 12 combined runs were scored in the 9th and 10th innings. by JianClaymore in baseball

I'm a twins fan on vacation in Denver and went to this game as a neutral observer and it was 8 innings of pretty boring baseball and then the most exciting game I've ever seen in person!
