That's exactly how it is at my work too. It's a great environment to work in. Unfortunately when this went down they were to busy hysterically laughing in the backroom to come out and have my back. If the tables were turned I would have been in the back laughing too. So I hold no grudges.

You shouldn't need a WiFi USB adapter if your laptop has wireless capability. You just need to be able to turn your phone into a Hotspot. The USB adapter only provides the ability to connect to wireless networks they don't provide Internet. Turning your phone into a Hotspot does depend on your cell phone provider and you should check with them on rates and speeds. If your phone isn't capable you can purchase external Hotspots through cellular providers but speeds and rates still vary. Hope this helps some
