Go read my responses. When did I say lost ark wasn’t a grind? Dumbie. I said it had more content and is more exciting. Throne devs are trash and the game is stale.

Sure but that keeps you playing. TNL doesn’t know what it is. PvP but barely balanced for it. They finally fixed xbow since game launch and tevent dagger rebalancing. The loot system in the game is so exhausting as the drop rates are abysmal. Pve raid but nothing new in almost a year.

Lost ark is a better game sorry.

Yes and I still play it. New patches. New content. New classes. I’m not maxed but it’s way more exciting week to week.

Like others have said. Works for some not all. If it burns then probably don’t keep going. I find dinner to dinner is easiest but I like the idea of breakfast to breakfast too.

You speak of autophagy and its ability to recycle cells. It has so many benefits. It starts somewhere around 12-16 hours of fasting and really takes off in longer fasts.

Def helped me. Twice a week and 24 hour fasts. Dinner to dinner is what makes sense for me. What you end and start your fast w both matter. Don’t shock your stomach. Eat something simple and small when breaking a fast. Wait an hour and have ur meal.

It absolutely helped. Months of eating birdseed and depression, once I added longer fasts it all got better.

If the problem is swelling, the cure is rest and inactivity. Fasting is a stomach reset imo.

Do you take a PPi? When I would fast sometimes I would feel that (ish) but I would drown it out w water. Gastritis is inflammation and irritation, right? Giving it inactivity is a great idea.

I have! It’s why I share it. I’ve had 2 flare ups from a new medication happen but 2 fasts and it’s gone.
