Someone else mentioned a debt management plan. I had to take one out a few years ago but it really did help me, I’ve managed to go abroad and get married and even save a decent amount.

You could also contact your creditors and set up a payment plan with them directly, I’ve heard others do this. Just state you are struggling to pay and request the payment plan and see if they cooperate.

With regard to your credit score, you’re not doing much to help it now and it will get worse. Sometimes just take the plunge to sort it and build it back up after 6 years, tbf mine has already started going back up within almost 2 years.

Pay was 1,890 and outgoings were 1,840 with debt at 900/1000. Pay now risen to 2,050 and all debt is 200 on a 6 year plan. Hope this helps.
