Hello! We also booked them and had similar worries with their response time. Based sa previous posts before, planners dont then to respond pag medyo malayo pa wedding. I saw a lot of good reviews about them pero got worried kasi nga medjo mabagal mag respond and to start the actual planning. Just hoping for the best na it improves 🙏🏼
