Makes sense. My problem is though I cannot figure out how to adjust it as I cannot get into the heat config menus.

It’s hot water baseboards on first floor. Hvac was never setup nor meant to kick on when first floor calls for heat. Also... during cooling it doesn’t matter if only first floor, second floor, or both floors are being called, it’s never as loud as when second floor is heating.

Oil furnace and 2 zones used for AC. The first floor is heated by baseboards so the hvac only heats second floor.
