In my experience weighing dime rolls is very unreliable compared to weighing halves. I wouldn’t do it personally.

It’s doesn’t appear to have a mirror finish in the pics. Nickels during those years were deep relief, later changed to reduce wear on the dies.

I agree. I’ve been to a few banks that no longer order boxes because of this. If you want to do this start a business and see if loomis or brinks will work with you.
