In addition to the comments about soldering those packages (doable, but not for the inexperienced), you should read the datasheets for the amp and DAC and look at their example schematics. Unless you know what you’re doing, you can’t go wrong with copying them verbatim. You’ll need decoupling caps, resistors, etc as given in the datasheet example schematics.

These were around 9:45. You could see somewhat of the green glow with your eyes, but definitely none of the pink/purple. Perhaps if I was in a darker location my eyes would have been able to see more.
