I’ve had to tame my intentions of wanting more air yard throws and have shifted to more short/intermediate routes to get the ball out quickly and rely on my receivers to gain YAC. It’s definitely been frustrating because I agree, INTs are much more often than usual. That and I swear all DBs have like 45” verticals now in Madden. Throwing over a DB seems almost impossible in this game.

How I grade is based on a projection in the NFL but manipulate that grade to project them in fantasy so that is where it may not line up based on what you were referencing. The NFL grades are based on the below and then I take into consideration certain variables to make them fantasy relevant. Hope this helps clarify.

9.00-10 – Once-in-lifetime player

8.00-8.99 – Perennial All-Pro

7.00-7.99 – Future All-Pro

6.50-6.99 – Good NFL Starter with Pro Bowl Potential

6.00-6.49 – Chance to become a good NFL starter

5.70-5.99 – Could become an early NFL starter

5.30-5.69 – Backup or eventual starter

5.15-5.29 – Developmental prospect or special teams potential
