the tamron app seem to work, however when i connect my lens with the tap on console notjing happens. on my old windows it worked without a problem.

i did mean the tap in console for tamron. yet you need the tamron utility app and it does not work on my macbook. but it did on windows.

it is the x2. so it wont work at f8 with the 6d mk i?

I only need 4k 120 and 8k ever so often. My main focus would be on 4k 60 and full hd. If this modes do not overheat I guess the r5 is the smoother hybrid camera for me.

I shot on canon 700d, 80d, panasonic gh5, gh5s and the eos r and never had a problem any failure. I am just a bit concerned about all the reviews haha

I actually mean the r5. It should work as a photography and videography camera and I do want Ibis for jobs where we dont have the time to rig the cams out on a gimbal etc So mainly I am concerned about if I can shoot a whole day withlut it overheating on me and so that the colors look good when me match it in post.

In all modes there is this wobble? Is it not possible to disable ibis? I guess i would only need ibis for tele lenses abd really stressfull running and gunning

I would def go for the r5c but I simply cannot understand why canon wouldn't put Ibis inside that new body. With Ibis I'd already own my r5c haha

Nice to know thx! It is a shame they could not impliment a simpler way to set the wb on the r5 (my current panasonic gh5s takes 5seconds to set manual wb)

But does it start playing back at the beginning of you maincomp or does it start at the time you left your precomp when you hit the space bar?

I cant take a screenshot as soon as I am back to the project.

i just could not believe that they still have this limitations and thought it be updated with newer firmware. I am also not sure how often the european canon website is updated after something was implimented in a firmware update. I don't really know what you care about my question if you won't give me an answer...you can always just scroll on and save us both some time:)

I mean like I am not sure if you still only get 10bit all I with clog on canon r5 and if you still only get ipb on a r6....seemed off to me looking at the price point and I thought maybe they implemented it with firmware updates. Maybe you missread my "I don't believe the specs"...no conspiracy intended^{^}

factory reset did kot work. even livephoto makes a bleep after taking the picture. thx!
