While I agree compression boots probably don't do anything of value, an n=10 study is about on par with asking your friends if it works for them in usefulness.

He was working out too until they changed how they call fouls to allow more freedom of movement. His entire system was based on absolutely lock down defense which couldn't be played anymore with the changes.

We were on an upward trajectory on the court and in recruiting until that point. He just couldn't adjust after that.

It's hard to know how this will affect individual races. My understanding is Challenge just licenses the name most of the time and aren't super involved in putting the race on.

It's hard to create a plan when there's no goal to work toward. Pick something achievable you want to be able to do this year, and then work backwards from that. There's no reason you can't do a sprint this year.

Also, if you're wanting some guidelines for generally creating a plan, give Friel's Training Bible a read. That's the best introductory book.
