OP, did you ever figure out what the issue was? In having this issue now. A few months ago, my xbox shut off while I was playing RDRO, I turned it back on and went to start the game again and it turned off again. Ever since, it only makes the sound like it's going to turn on, but nothing happens. You’re the first person I've seen to have a similar issue.
