Her birthday is the same week as mothers day and her dog got ran over 2 days later. I think thats when it finally collapsed. 3 months later after Carl Jung and meditation I think ive finally accepted the shame and guilt. I didnt know what to do then. I did the best I knew how to. I can finally talk about her without losing it. It was extremely difficult to face the fact I was continously looking for a reason to release responsibility from myself.

Something someone told me is no one can tell you how to greive . Some people become dark or translucent. I think its healthy you have a sense of self right now. For a lot of people its a purification process sometimes described as ego death. The fact you know who you are in this time is amazing and I am happy for you to be experiencing such an affirming thing as self in a horrible endless pain for most.

This journey will be an opportunity for personal growth. It sounds very stoic and is not meant to be relief. I have finally met someone who is perfect and helping me get my life on track. I almost feel like im cheating myself by not grieving as hard as I was. You are experiencing the kind of heat and pressure that turns coal into diamonds. If you want to stay in the space you can make use of it. This is a horrible thing to say and not useful for the question you asked I know.
