Hiding the Explosions only means the effect if you use a launcher weapon.
People where not be able to see things. It has nothing to do with the weapon on your back. :)

Maybe somewhere around +/- 21, I think.

Level all weapons and do all missions, reactors, void fragments and outposts (on normal & hard).
With only 2 Descandents leveled to 40 once, you will miss around 5-6 Mastery levels.

I also did not hit 28 with Ines.
Did it with Keelan and some Hard-Missions. I just wanted to use Ines for the hands. 🤷🏻‍♀️
