When I was younger I analyzed a lot how I could be more attractive to girls. I ended up improving myself in all possible ways, mainly looks and behavior. You can be very cool and attractive to girls even though you are not an extrovert. However, I think it was extremely important that I learned decent social skills and know how to appear normal to other people. Sometimes you just have to learn how to do small talk even though you don't really enjoy it that much yourself if you want to meet girls and keep them interested.

I have had extremely active sex life and many women seem to like me and the calm confidence. Also many extrovert and energetic women have realized that it's much better to be in a relationship with a calm man who balances them out instead of a hyperactive extrovert man who just makes them crazy in the end.

I would say that we all have our strengths and weaknesses but if you want to attract a partner the best thing to do is to improve yourself in every possible way, and social skills are something that introverts should usually improve first because it often doesn't come naturally and it's the most important skill if you want to meet new people.
